The treatments can demonstrate how these aspects of ourselves are connected, and better understand how this affects overall well being in our daily lives, in order to become the best version of ourselves..

We offer a range of different modalities to help you achieve this. If you are unsure of what is best for you, please don’t hesitate to contact us for further details. We look forward to hearing from you, in enhancing your state of well-being.

Acupressure is an ancient healing therapy that’s based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) practice of acupuncture.  During an acupressure session, the therapist gently presses on acupressure points on your body relieving stress, pain and energy blockages. The goal of acupressure additionally, is to restore health and balance to the body’s channels of energy and to regulate opposing forces of yin (negative energy) and yang (positive energy).

Aqua Fitness gives you a good cardiovascular workout, gently increasing your pulse and breathing rate, so it’s great for helping to improve your heart health. It strengthens and tones the muscles by having the body using resistance against the water, which means that opposing muscle groups are worked in each movement as you push and pull against it. The impact of gravity is less in the water allowing for a greater range of motion, and it supports the body, putting less stress on your joints and muscles.

Cupping has been around for thousands of years and traces its roots to ancient Chinese and Egyptian medicine. During a cupping session, a practitioner places round cups directly on your skin. The cup is either first heated with a flame or manually pumped to create a suction. The cups are then left on your skin for several minutes. It is believed that the suction created by the cups encourages blood flow, therefore increasing circulation and promoting the body to heal and reduce pain.

(note; for effective results, it is recommended to have 3 sessions)

The lymphatic system supports your immune system by removing toxins, getting rid of excess fluid and helping your body to absorb vitamins from your digestive system. The lymphatic system can often get blocked or overrun because of things like stress, illness and an unhealthy lifestyle. If you think of your body like a fish tank, the lymphatic system acts like a filtration system. The fluid in the lymphatic system helps remove waste and toxins from body tissues. Lymphatic Therapy is a form of gentle massage that encourages the movement of lymph fluids around the body allowing for a more effective release of toxins.

By improving the body’s circulation, massage assists with the removal of toxins from the body and provides relief from symptoms such as fatigue, muscle pain and headaches. Performed regularly, it can aid  better sleep and also reduce symptoms of anxiety and stress. We offer Thai, oil and deep tissue massage to compliment each of our programs, or simply for a bit of self care and indulgence.

Reiki is a gentle, hands-on, Japanese healing treatment that promotes and supports whole health by treating physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being. The word reiki is made up of two Japanese words: Rei which means “God’s Wisdom or the Higher Power” and Ki which is “life force energy”. Reiki is therefore seen as a type of “spiritually guided life force energy”. It tends to be particularly beneficial for grounding, releasing tension and anxiety and improving overall well-being in numerous ways. While the experience varies somewhat from person to person, it often provides a sensation of deep relaxation and transformation of negative emotional states.

Seichim comes from the Egyptian word Sekhem (Saykime) which when translated into English means “The Power of Powers”  and is believed to help stimulate energetic shifts and break through old habits or unresourceful health states. A gentle form of hands-on healing which works more on your mental and emotional level, Seichim is focused on the heart chakra and is said to be useful in stimulating the personal development of individuals to reach their true purpose.

1:1 & small group YOGA sessions

Yoga is known to improve strength, balance and flexibility. Slow breathing increases blood flow and warms up the muscles, while holding a pose can build strength. The beauty of yoga is that you don’t have to be a ‘yogi’ to reap the benefits. So, no matter what your ability, our yoga is mainly restorative as we are focussing on nurturing and supporting the body during a detox. Sessions are 1-on-1 or for groups of up to 4 people.
